Our solutions are directly interfaced to existing software with direct database access (if an ODBC driver is available) on the othe hand we can read a print spool or a flat file. The procedures are developed under the Windows 98/NT/2000/XP environment.

Connectivity

Data exchange is made through X.400 emails which provide the maximum reliability in delivering the informations. The X.400 service is provided by Deutsche Telekom which offers inexpensive prices and high performances.

Documents reception

Your X.400 email address allows you to receive EDI messages from all over the world. The decoding software will translate just the ORDER messages to a flat file to be imported in your accounting software. The EANCOM standard is tested and verified. This means that you can perfectly receive orders from the biggest DIY german markets including Hornbach, OBI, Toom, Baumax, MaxBahr, Globus and more. At the same time the software generates an html file containing the orders details, which can be opened with every internet browser.

Documents trasmission

The encoding software translate a flat file to an EDI file according to the EDIFACT standard required by your customer. Tested settings are available to send documents like:
